free email support. The product comes with context sensitive help.
Telephone
support is available on a pay as you go basis. Technical support
personnel and tutors are available on an hourly basis.
Custom
modifications and maintenance for the product and your online catalog
are also available. We bill on an hourly basis for Project
Managers, System Architects, Graphic Designers, Content Specialists, and
Programmers. See Web-Site-Builders fees page for pricing
information.
Maintenance, software modifications, and telephone support contracts are
available. They can be paid with a credit card, or through a prepaid support account.
These charges are billed in quarter hour increments and are
non-refundable.
